 עמותת תרבות בירושלים ללא גבולות מספקת הכשרות לפיתוח של יכולות ניהול מקצועי לאמנים בראשית דרכם בכל תחומי האמנות ומכל המגזרים, במזרח ומערב ירושלים. אנחנו מביאים כיווני חשיבה חדשים, סדנאות לבניית יכולות, וכלים ניהוליים. תרבות בירושלים ללא גבולות מרכזת משאבים, מכנסת יוצרים ובעלי עניין לשיח משותף, שמחבר בין אנשים וקהילות ומעודד יצירת רעיונות והזדמנויות חדשות של עשיה מיטבית. בכך אנחנו שואפים להגדיל את הנראות, הישימות, והקיימות של ארגוני אמנות בירושלים. 

פורום מנהיגות תרבותית

רשת של אמנים, ארגונים, תורמים, קובעי מדיניות, בעלי עניין ותושבים. הפורום מתכנס לדון בסוגיות בעלות חשיבות לאקוסיסטם התרבותי בירושלים. הפורום משמש כפלטפורמה לשיתופי פעולה, שיתוף ידע, השראה, ותמיכה. 

הכשרות, ייעוץ, ומנטורינג

ליווי מתמשך לארגוני אמנות חדשים, קטנים ובינוניים בירושלים. JCU מלווה ארגונים אלו בתהליכים פרטניים, כדי לבנות את היכולות הכלכליות והניהוליות שלהם, ולעזור להם לעבור ממצב הישרדותי לשגשוג וקיימות. 

מנהיגות ישראלית–אתיופית

סדרת הכשרות ומפגשים להעצמת הדור החדש של יוצרים ואמנים ישראלים-אתיופים, ולהגביר את קולם בחברה הישראלית. JCU מארגנת הכשרות לאמנים צעירים, ומספקת הזדמנויות לרישות (נטוורקינג), לימוד משותף, ופיתוח קריירה. 

תשתיות ליצירה אמנותית במזרח ירושלים

הכשרות מקצועיות ובניית יכולות לאמנים וארגונים פלסטיניים במזרח ירושלים. JCU ערך סקר צרכים ומיפוי משאבים לאמנות וקהילה במזרח העיר. על בסיס ממצאי המחקר בונה JCU בשנת 2022 תוכנית פיילוט לשהות אמנים (רזידנסי) במזרח העיר.

מענקים לקהילות יצירתיות

מעגל הנתינה לאמנות בירושלים: קרן למענקים שממומנת על ידי תומכים מקומיים וקרנות בינלאומיות. מעגל הנתינה מספק מענקים לארגונים שנבחרו על ידי תורמים מקומיים. היוזמה שואפת לבנות תרבות של תמיכה מקומית לאמנויות בירושלים. בשנת 2022 המעגל יחלק מעל 200,000 ש’’ח לאמנים ירושלמיים. 

בהשראת מעגל הנתינה, JCU גייס קרן שמיועדת לתמוך באמנים ישראלים–אתיופים ואמנים פלסטיניים שמתקשים בהשגת מימון מרשויות ופילנתרופיה. המענקים מחולקים בתהליך שיתופי על ידי ועדה שכוללת אמנים, נציגי קהילה ואחרים. המענקים האלה תומכים באמנים הן ביצירת עבודות חדשות והן להרחבת תוכניות קיימות.
